Karioi Room Conference and Function Venue

Raglan Sunset Motel Karioi Room is a fully equipped modern conference centre with a licensed bar and large outdoor courtyard area.

We are able to provide in-house catering for up to 90 seated guests.

Karioi room is an ideal venue for a group get together, seminars, casual meetings, team building sessions, product presentations, and company business planning meetings.

Our past guests have included International Conferences, University Writing Retreats, University Study Groups, Fonterra, New Zealand College of General Practitioners, RipCurl, Repco and other major New Zealand corporates and small to medium businesses.

Equipment includes state of the art Data Projector with interactive whiteboard, stereo sound system, printer fax copier, Laptop. CD / DVD player, Flip Chart and an additional Stand alone electronic whiteboard.

50+ Sky TV can be made available through the Data Projector and interactive whiteboard.

We offer superior accommodation for up to 50 people on site with a further 18 offsite in quality apartments and individual houses.

There is ample free parking on site.
